Villa Lataliana I, located 500 m from the beach of Seminyak, is a lovable staying in Bali to get you closer with the nature. Trees are placed around the rooms, and the peak is seen as a sparkle of spirit. It gives a gorgeous sensation once the scarlet petals falling off on to the open-air bathroom. Villa Lataliana I has four cluster in a single-storey building connected by incomparable walkways, pretty terraces with decorated ponds and secret garden in some sides, giving a perfect space to spend the day. Also perfect for having breakfast, lunch, dinner or just light chit chat with coffees.
Villa Lataliana I offers four fully equipped bedrooms with their own characteristics, unique color scheme, and exceptional nuance. Enjoy the air conditioner, ceiling fan, satellite channel TVs, Blu-ray disc players. The rooms are well furnished with beds, cabinets, and chests fashioned from the recycled wood of traditional sailing boat, mosquito nets. Also equipped with bathrooms with marble floors, twin washbasins, soaking tubs, and monsoon shower. Along with well equipped bedrooms, then comes a living room with glass doors at the front and the back that is open-able, and an air conditioner for a closed ambience, and a ceiling fan for an opened one. Complete entertainment set is available along with tranquilized ambience.
Now let’s get into the dining room, with terrazzo floor and stone pillars at the sides, wood-lined roof. There are 16 seats and a sideboard. A modern style dining room is collaborated with simple natural breezes also equipped by a dining pavilion. After the dining room, turn to the well-equipped kitchen of Villa Lataliana I. Steel appliance, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, a fridge, and the perfect location behind the dining pavilion make Villa Lataliana I outstanding with its three chefs to assist preparing delicious meal. - All prices are subject to 15.5% tax and service charge
- Minimum stay requirement is 2 nights (Low), 5 nights (High) and 7 nights (Peak)
- Check in time is 3:00pm. Check out time is 11:00am
- A late check out until 6pm is subject to availability and will incur a half-day rental fee
- Private airport transfers included
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation
- Balance of payment is due 30 days (low), 45 days (high) and 60 days (Peak) prior to your arrival
- For last minute booking, a full payment is required to confirm your reservation and as it is difficult for the client to wire the payment, we will accept cash (2003 or newer, unmarked USD banknotes – F series or newer only) on arrival. However, a credit card authorization form will need to be used to ensure deposit requirements are met. This form will need to be accompanied by photocopies of both sides of the credit card, a photocopy of holder’s passport, and written authorization.
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD550.00 or 20% of the total booking value (whichever is greater), if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Final Payments are non refundable
- A US$100.00 administration fee will apply to each change after a booking has been confirmed. Changes cannot necessarily be accommodated in all cases.
- Number of people should not exceeding the villa maximum occupancy
- Events or functions at the villa must be authorized by Bali Exotic Breeze
- The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, it’s owners, staff, employees or agent
