Villa Lataliana II is a charming private 2 two bedroom villa. This spacious villa comes with free form swimming pool and surrounded by lush tropical garden.
This lovely villa consists of two separate buildings which allow adults and children to break away from one another. The main building consists of an enchanting bedroom en-suite bathroom completed by expansive living and dining room with a kitchenette. The other building “The Lumbung” is a two storey building which presents one upstairs bedroom with additional sleeping space the upper level. The small kitchenette and indoor and outdoor bathroom is situated on the ground floor.
All bedrooms are equipped with a satellite-channel TV, Blu-ray disc player, iPod dock and ceiling fan. Wireless internet connection can be accessed easily in the villa.
Villa Lataliana is a family friendly holiday villa that allows you to have access to your own swimming pool, garden and other facilities whenever you want.

- All prices are subject to 21% tax and service charge
- Minimum stay requirement is 2 nights (Low), 5 nights (High) and 7 nights (Peak)
- Check in time is 3:00pm. Check out time is 11:00am
- A late check out until 6pm is subject to availability and will incur a half-day rental fee
- Private airport transfers included
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation
- Balance of payment is due 30 days (low), 45 days (high) and 60 days (Peak) prior to your arrival
- For last minute booking, a full payment is required to confirm your reservation and as it is difficult for the client to wire the payment, we will accept cash (2003 or newer, unmarked USD banknotes – F series or newer only) on arrival. However, a credit card authorization form will need to be used to ensure deposit requirements are met. This form will need to be accompanied by photocopies of both sides of the credit card, a photocopy of holder’s passport, and written authorization.
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD550.00 or 20% of the total booking value (whichever is greater), if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Final Payments are non refundable
- A US$100.00 administration fee will apply to each change after a booking has been confirmed. Changes cannot necessarily be accommodated in all cases.
- Number of people should not exceeding the villa maximum occupancy
- Events or functions at the villa must be authorized by Bali Exotic Breeze
- The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, it’s owners, staff, employees or agent
