Villa Home’s charm will make you feel staying in your house whilst having holiday in Bali. The villa has three buildings with thatched roof and all connected by deck or not slippery stepping stone. First Building houses two double bedrooms with en-suite alfresco bathrooms. While the second building consists of living and dining areas, lower level kitchen and last building features the master bedroom and bathroom.

Through a huge antique doorway, you will enter the villa and directly see 16 meter private pool, ideal for children. Along the deck, on the left side, there are two bedrooms located next to each other. Further down, you will arrive at the open living area which is almost a continuation of the pool. It’s surrounded by heliconia, bougainvillea and red Thai palms. The well decorated kitchen creates a wonderful inviting ambiance. The kitchen adjoins a bar. Dining area with antique dining table can accommodate 8 people. The living and dining area as well as the kitchen are overlooking the pool.

The master bedroom at the back of the property is truly a room made for romance and relaxation. It has a view of the river and the terraced gardens. The bedroom designed on two levels; at the lower level, there is a spacious egg-shaped sunken bath for two. The king-sized bed is located on the upper level with mosquito net, 40’ flat screen TV is set with satellite TV. The outside bathroom with shower and private garden can be accessed through a mother pearl doorway.

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are overlooking swimming pool. Both bedrooms feature polished white wooden floors, double beds with mosquito nets and Bedouin style wardrobes. You may put your belongings in the wooden shelves wicker basket draws. In the 2nd bathroom you will find a free standing, hand sculpted egg shaped bath with blue skies or stars as your roof while in the 3rd bathroom there is a shower with a semi circular stone base as well as an antique lounge bed. Both bathrooms have antique ladders for hanging the towels and original artwork from the owner.

Villa Home comes with fully staffed including cook, maids, gardener, security guards and pool attendant. They will assure that you have wonderful holiday in Bali.

The villa is located in only few minutes walk from the Batubelig Beach. Best restaurants, shops and other activities in Seminyak can be reached within few minute drive.

  • Minimum stay requirement is 2 nights (Low), 5 nights (High) and 7 nights (Peak)
  • Check in time is 2:00pm. Check out time is 11:00am
  • A late check out until 6pm is subject to availability and will incur a half-day rental fee
  • Private airport transfers included
  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation
  • Balance of payment is due 30 days (low), 45 days (high) and 60 days (Peak) prior to your arrival
  • For last minute booking, a full payment is required to confirm your reservation and as it is difficult for the client to wire the payment, we will accept cash (2003 or newer, unmarked USD banknotes – F series or newer only) on arrival. However, a credit card authorization form will need to be used to ensure deposit requirements are met. This form will need to be accompanied by photocopies of both sides of the credit card, a photocopy of holder’s passport, and written authorization.
  • Deposits will be refunded in full less USD500.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
  • Final Payments are non refundable
  • A US$100.00 administration fee will apply to each change after a booking has been confirmed. Changes cannot necessarily be accommodated in all cases.
  • Number of people should not exceeding the villa maximum occupancy
  • Events or functions at the villa must be authorized by Bali Exotic Breeze
  • The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, it’s owners, staff, employees or agent.
