An artistic pond with a stone walkway around a decorative wall separates this living area with a large fully equipped kitchen in the rear area.
The villa’s three pavilions overlook a lush, tropical garden which includes a 12m x 5m pool, tiled with unpolished green/blue Bali stone reflecting the natural tones of the cream palimanan stone and white pebble surrounds. A traditional “bale” is nestled by the pool, providing a shady, open-sided area for relaxation.
Villa Rumi’s spacious open-living/dining pavilion is well situated to catch the cool cross breezes that are a feature of the area. The earthy, natural tones of the décor foster the sensation of peace and serenity.

- Minimum stay requirement is 3 nights (Low), 7 nights (High) and 10 nights (Peak)
- Check in time is 2:00pm. Check out time is 12:00am
- A late check out until 6pm is subject to availability and will incur a half-day rental fee
- Private airport transfers included
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation
- Balance of payment is due 30 days (low), 45 days (high) and 60 days (Peak) prior to your arrival
- For last minute booking, a full payment is required to confirm your reservation and as it is difficult for the client to wire the payment, we will accept cash (2003 or newer, unmarked USD banknotes – F series or newer only) on arrival. However, a credit card authorization form will need to be used to ensure deposit requirements are met. This form will need to be accompanied by photocopies of both sides of the credit card, a photocopy of holder’s passport, and written authorization.
- Cancellation policy is subject to discussed, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Final Payments are non refundable
- Number of people should not exceeding the villa maximum occupancy
- Events or functions at the villa must be authorized by Bali Exotic Breeze
- The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, it’s owners, staff, employees or agent.
