Villa Tandeg is a stunning four-villa complex retreat located in Canggu, an area renowned for its cascading rice fields and secluded setting. The villas are available for rental individually or together for larger groups. Each villa is totally private and uniquely designed.

A private driveway off a local village leads to Villa Tandeg with stunning and unobstructed views of rice fields and each villa has uniquely appointed Balinese artifacts and paintings, while personal attention from our staff makes this place a truly relaxing and inspiring refuge.

This tasteful villa faces rice fields in a Balinese village in north of Central Seminyak. It adjoins to a smaller, self-contained villa called Villa Taman which will make this a 5 bedroom villa.

Walk through the entrance of the villa and you are breezed down by the shade of vines hanging overhead and the relaxing sound of fountains that cascade down the walkway.

The living room and large kitchen are situated next to the rice fields, which allow guests to take advantage of the beautiful view. A large lush garden area leads you to a kidney-shaped infinity pool and a small bale where you can enjoy the view while reading your favorite book. There is also an outdoor lounge area with table and chairs to enjoy your breakfast and checking your emails through the wireless internet connection that can be easily accessed throughout the villa.

All bedrooms are spacious and located independently in separate bungalows. 3 bedrooms come with king-sized beds and 1 bedroom with twin beds. Each bedroom is equipped with private bathroom and garden area.

The spacious living room completed with modern facilities as such 49” LCD flat screen TV, DVD and CD player as well as movies collections are available for guests without any extra charge

The villa is located only 5 minute drive from the famous Canggu surfing beach and 30 minutes from Bali’s international airport. Villa Tandeg offers the seclusion of a retreat while being in close range to the nightlife and shopping centre of Seminyak/Legian and the Nirwana Bali Golf Course.

  • A late check out is available until 6pm and will incur a half-day rental fee

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation
  • Balance of payment is due 30 days (low), 45 days (high), 60 days (peak) prior to your arrival
  • Deposits will be refunded in full less USD250.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
  • Final Payments are non refundable
  • Events or functions at the villa must be authorized by Bali Exotic Breeze
  • The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, it’s owners, staff, employees or agent.
