This fully staffed glamorous holiday villa in Bali is complemented by a flat beachside lawn with a 15-metre swimming pool, and poolside bale-style relaxation pavilion that incorporates an extensive bar.
Three of the four ensuite bathrooms are open to the sky, while each bedroom boasts sliding glass doors opening onto a private balcony or terrace. A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation
Balance of payment is due 30 days (low), 45 days (high) and 60 days (Peak) prior to your arrival
For last minute booking, a full payment is required to confirm your reservation and as it is difficult for the client to wire the payment, we will accept cash (2003 or newer, unmarked USD banknotes – F series or newer only) on arrival. However, a credit card authorization form will need to be used to ensure deposit requirements are met. This form will need to be accompanied by photocopies of both sides of the credit card, a photocopy of holder’s passport, and written authorization.
Deposits will be refunded in full less USD550.00 or 20% of the total booking value (whichever is greater), if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
Final Payments are non refundable
A US$100.00 administration fee will apply to each change after a booking has been confirmed. Changes cannot necessarily be accommodated in all cases.
Number of people should not exceeding the villa maximum occupancy
Events or functions at the villa must be authorized by Bali Exotic Breeze
The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, it's owners, staff, employees or agent
The annual event Sanur Village Festival (SVF) will be held. The festival that has reached its fifth year has targeted to reach 20 thousand visitors this year, both domestic tourists and international tourists.
