Downstairs, there are two bedrooms en-suite bathrooms with a direct access to the swimming pool. Upstairs level consists of the third bedroom and bathroom.

- Minimum stay requirement is 5 nights (Low), 7-10 nights (High & Peak)
- Check in time is 2:00pm. Check out time is 11:00am
- A late check out until 6pm is subject to availability and will incur a half-day rental fee

- A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation
- Balance of payment is due 30 days (low), 45 days (high) and 60 days (Peak) prior to your arrival
- For last minute booking, a full payment is required to confirm your reservation and as it is difficult for the client to wire the payment, we will accept cash (2003 or newer, unmarked USD banknotes – F series or newer only) on arrival. However, a credit card authorization form will need to be used to ensure deposit requirements are met. This form will need to be accompanied by photocopies of both sides of the credit card, a photocopy of holder’s passport, and written authorization.
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD250.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Final Payments are non refundable
- A US$50.00 administration fee will apply to each change after a booking has been confirmed. Changes cannot necessarily be accommodated in all cases.
- Number of people should not exceeding the villa maximum occupancy
- Events or functions at the villa must be authorized by Bali Exotic Breeze
- The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, it's owners, staff, employees or agent.
